SSQ are partnered with an expanding team to recruit a Corporate Real Estate solicitor to manage significant transactions. As part of the team you will manage a full remit of work and assist the business with general legal, corporate and Real Estate knowledge. This position is suitable for a candidate currently at a top-tier UK or US law firm, looking to move in-house and gain a broader, more dynamic position. If you have 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate, this position could be for you.
Role responsibilities:
- Management and leadership of corporate transactions end-to-end
- Be a key member of the internal legal function and assist with the smooth running of the legal function, including mentorship, legal advisory work and management of Real Estate transactions
- Work cross-functionally with offices across EMEA and North America
- Be responsible for horizon scanning across the legal market
- Assisting with the management of the external legal budget
- Liaising with senior stakeholders across the UK and wider global business to ensure the best advice is being given
- Management and ownership of large corporate real estate transactions of varying sizes across multiple jurisdictions, with a London focus.
