Legal Assistant with Immediate Start

Paralegal – Contract Specialist (3–5 Months) Location: London (5 days per week onsite) with occasional travel to Oxfordshire. If already based in Oxfordshire, 5 days per week in Grove office Start Date: ASAP Our client, a multinational coorporation, is looking to recruit a number of experienced Paralegals to support their legal team through a corporate reorganisation for an initial period of 3–5 months (potential to be extended). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing legal function within a business that sits at the forefront of its sector. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts Working collaboratively with senior legal counsel Supporting compliance processes and maintaining legal documentation Significant experience working with commercial contracts. Highly organised with strong communication skills and commercial awareness Must be prepared to work in the London office full-time (5 days per week), with flexibility to travel to Oxfordshire should the team require. If you are already based in Oxfordshire, you will work full-time from their office there
