The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Location: London (5 days per week onsite) with occasional travel to Oxfordshire. If already based in Oxfordshire, 5 days per week in Grove office.

Our client, a multinational corporation, is looking to recruit a number of experienced Paralegals to support their legal team through a corporate reorganisation for an initial period of 3–5 months (potential to be extended).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing legal function within a business that sits at the forefront of its sector.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
  • Working collaboratively with senior legal counsel
  • Supporting compliance processes and maintaining legal documentation

Must be prepared to work in the London office full-time (5 days per week), with flexibility to travel to Oxfordshire should the team require. If you are already based in Oxfordshire, you will work full-time from their office there.
