An established European real estate investment fund is looking to hire a bright and proactive Paralegal to join its small London-based legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced Associate General Counsel, with a clear progression plan and exposure to high-value cross-border work.

Backed by a major US investor, the business manages a portfolio of real estate assets across Europe. Legal support is shared between London and LA, with a collaborative and international culture.

You’ll be joining a lean, fast-paced legal team currently consisting of two lawyers (one of whom is moving on), and will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of commercial, corporate and fund-related matters.

  • Supporting legal review and analysis of commercial and fund documentation
  • Assisting with KYC processes and structure chart maintenance
  • Responding to internal legal queries and managing email correspondence
  • Involvement in asset disposals and ongoing real estate asset management

Strong academics and at least 12 months of legal experience, ideally with exposure to funds, real estate or corporate/commercial law. Previous paralegal experience in a funds or investment environment would be advantageous.
