SSQ is representing an opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join a well-regarded international firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will support two busy corporate teams and offers exposure to a broad mix of transactional and advisory work across a diverse client base.
The Role
- You will work across a range of corporate matters, including:
- Private M&A transactions
- Investment and financing work
- General corporate advisory
The role offers a good breadth of experience across different types of transactions, with the opportunity to work with both emerging and established businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating a range of corporate documents
- Supporting transactions from due diligence through to completion
- Advising on corporate governance and general company matters
- Working alongside colleagues on cross-border matters where relevant
