A leading international law firm is currently looking to recruit a non-contentious IP associate to join its highly ranked IP team in London.

The team is recognised in Legal 500, Chambers UK, WTR 1000 and IAM Patent 1000, and advises on a broad range of IP matters across life sciences, technology and consumer brands.

The role will focus primarily on non-contentious work, including IP licences, collaboration and R&D agreements, and the IP aspects of M&A and commercial arrangements, with some exposure to contentious matters where appropriate.

Candidates should have strong non-contentious IP experience, ideally within the life sciences sector, gained at a leading UK or international law firm.
