The role involves managing complex, multi-billion-pound loan portfolios, reviewing new lending opportunities, and overseeing the legal aspects of investments from pre-funding through to asset management. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various finance agreements for direct lending transactions across sectors such as hotels, student development, and logistics.
Eligibility: The ideal candidate must be a Real Estate Finance lawyer with at least 5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) and significant experience in complex, cross-border real estate financing.
