A prestigious international law firm is seeking a talented Hedge Funds Associate (4-6 PQE) to join its highly regarded London-based team. The role involves advising hedge fund clients on the formation, structuring, and ongoing operation of alternative investment products. Candidates with experience in credit funds will also be considered.
Prior exposure to U.S. regulatory frameworks—including the U.S. Advisers Act, Securities Act, Companies Act, and Commodity Exchange Act—is highly desirable, as is experience advising firms registered with the SEC and/or CFTC.
