A leading US law firm is looking for a March or September 2027 NQ to join its highly regarded Investment Funds team in London.
The team advises leading private capital sponsors and asset managers across the full lifecycle of investment funds, working on sophisticated and high-value matters for an impressive international client base.
The practice covers a broad range of work, including:
- Private equity and other closed-ended fund formations
- Fundraisings and launches
- GP and management arrangements
- Co-investments and alternative investment structures
- Secondary transactions
- Fund restructurings and other strategic matters
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile mandates at the top end of the private funds market, while gaining significant responsibility and client exposure from an early stage.

The candidate
The firm is looking for a March or September 2027 qualifier with credible Investment Funds experience gained during their training contract.
