We are working with an elite international law firm looking to add a talented 1–2 PQE lawyer to its highly regarded Fund Finance practice in London.
The team advises leading financial institutions, alternative lenders and investment managers on sophisticated fund finance transactions, including subscription line, NAV and hybrid facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a top-tier practice, work on complex cross-border matters and gain significant responsibility and client exposure from an early stage.
Candidates should have:
- 1-2 years’ PQE gained at a leading City, international or highly regarded finance practice
- Strong finance experience; direct fund finance experience would be advantageous
- Excellent academics and technical skills
- An interest in developing a career within a market-leading fund finance practice
