Job Description

Our client, a global energy business, is looking to recruit a finance lawyer to join on an interim basis.

The role will involve drafting and negotiating a wide variety of finance and other documentation, you will be providing forms of finance and lending including secured/unsecured extended payment terms trading facilities, REPO and other bespoke transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in LMAs and receivables and have at least 5 years PQE gained from either a top law firm or in-house legal environment, and be available to start at short notice.
