A US-headquartered international law firm is looking to recruit a finance associate (3-5 PQE) into its growing London finance team. The team handles a broad range of finance work including general banking, real estate finance, aviation finance, structured finance, Islamic finance, and restructuring. The ideal candidate will have solid aviation finance experience, alongside familiarity with LMA documentation and a strong grounding in secured and unsecured lending, sale and leasebacks, and operating leases.
