A leading international law firm is looking to hire a junior to mid-level Associate into its London Banking & Finance team on a fixed term contract basis. The contract is expected to run for around 12 months.
The Role
The position will involve advising on a broad range of finance matters, with particular exposure to areas such as:
- Acquisition finance
- Direct lending and leveraged finance
- Other complex debt products
The team works with a diverse client base, including financial institutions, funds, sponsors, and corporate borrowers, across both lender and borrower mandates.
Requirements
- Newly qualified up to 4 years’ PQE
- Experience in banking and finance transactions, ideally across multiple product areas
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Team-focused, adaptable, and commercially minded
