This international US law firm is currently seeking a corporate or ECM associate with solid ECM experience at the mid-level to join their London office.

This role offers top quality corporate matters with a weighting to ECM and a very attractive salary package and the opportunity to join a growing team.

An excellent academic record and a proven track record are pre-requisites. The new recruit will come from a top tier City or regional practice ideally with previous experience of UK listing ECM matters.
