Job Description
SSQ is pleased to partner exclusively with a leading UK HQ growth equity investment firm, that invests solely in fast-growing software scale-ups and backs high-performance founders creating pioneering tech products.
They are looking to recruit their third lawyer in London who will work interactively with the deal team and gain exposure across a broad range of transactional activities – managing existing and new portfolio companies, fund management and general legal matters.
It will best suit a junior to mid-level corporate lawyer with experience gained from a top tier private equity or venture capital law firm and a keen interest in technology scaling and investing.
