A leading US law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing Corporate team on an interim fixed-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong junior-mid level corporate lawyer to gain exposure to high-quality transactional work within a fast-paced and highly regarded practice.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 1-4 years’ PQE within a reputable corporate practice
  • Strong experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions
  • Excellent technical, drafting, and communication skills
  • Training and/or experience gained at a Magic Circle or leading US law firm preferred
