Our client, is seeking an associate to join its market-leading Corporate Insurance team in London.

This is one of the most active and fastest-growing corporate insurance practices in the City.

The team advises on a broad range of insurance-related matters, with particular strength in insurance M&A, private equity investments, regulatory work, capital markets transactions and strategic investments across the sector offering exceptional breadth.

The practice benefits from strong US client relationships and regularly works on cross-border mandates involving clients across the US, Europe and London, giving it an offering that is unlike other Corporate Insurance practices in the city.

The successful candidate will be a 1-4PQE Associate from a leading law firm, ideally with strong exposure to corporate, private equity, financial institutions, regulatory or insurance-related matters.

The firm is also open to seeing candidates coming over from other jurisdictions such as Australia and New Zealand.

Excellent academics and a strong training record are prerequisites.

The role offers top-of-market remuneration, outstanding partner access, high levels of responsibility from day one and a clear long-term growth trajectory within one of London's most well established Corporate Insurance teams.
