Job Description
Our client, an elite US law firm, is seeking an Antitrust Professional Support Lawyer to lead operations for one of their market-leading European practices. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of an elite legal team, working alongside partners to drive growth, operational excellence, and strategic development.
What You'll Do
As Chief Operating Officer, you'll become the operational leader behind a high-performing anti-trust practice. You'll lead recruitment, manage team performance, identify new client opportunities, oversee legal directory submissions, and coordinate thought leadership initiatives across Europe.
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution; you'll influence practice strategy whilst ensuring operational rigour across all functions.
What We're Looking For
A seasoned Competition & Antitrust PSL / Knowledge Lawyer, Head of Operations, COO or Chief of Staff with:
- Substantial legal practice management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and management skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
- A proven track record in talent leadership and business development (nice to have)
- Deep knowledge of the UK and European competition law
