What You’ll Do

You’ll handle a diverse caseload including:

• Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold commercial properties
• Grant and renewal of commercial leases
• Property aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A, restructures, and refinancing deals

Beyond the Day Job

You’ll also have the chance to contribute to the firm’s strategic growth through:

• Building and nurturing client and referrer relationships
• Leading or contributing to online marketing campaigns and business development projects
