A leading international law firm is seeking a Commercial Knowledge Lawyer to join its highly regarded Commercial TMT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong lawyer to move into a knowledge-focused role, supporting a top-tier practice known for its high-quality work.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s knowledge strategy and ensuring the team operates at the highest level of legal excellence. Working closely with partners and fee earners across multiple jurisdictions, the role will involve:
- Developing, maintaining, and updating precedents, templates, and practice materials
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and providing clear, practical guidance
- Supporting lawyers on complex technical queries
- Designing and delivering internal training programmes
- Contributing to client-facing publications and thought leadership
- Supporting the use of legal technology and knowledge systems
- Assisting with business development materials and initiatives
Candidate Profile
The firm is looking to speak with qualified lawyers who have strong experience in commercial law, gained at a leading law firm or in-house. Suitable candidates will:
