This role sits within a highly regarded financial services regulatory practice and offers the opportunity to advise a broad range of clients on complex, non-contentious regulatory matters across the fintech and financial services sector. The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of financial services regulatory issues, including: Consumer credit and retail financial services Regulatory perimeter analysis and strategic advice Financial promotions, conduct regulation and governance Regulatory engagement and implementation projects Working alongside an established team, you will provide commercially focused advice to clients ranging from innovative fintech businesses to established financial institutions.
