A leading international law firm is looking to hire a legal risk & new business lawyer to join its UK & EU team in London. The role sits at the centre of the firm’s conflicts and new business intake function within the office of general counsel, advising partners and business teams on conflicts of interest, client onboarding and professional conduct issues across multiple jurisdictions. You will review and analyse potential conflicts, help structure solutions, and provide pragmatic guidance to partners on risk-related matters before new work is accepted.
