Role Overview
SSQ is representing a large, well-established corporation in their search for an interim legal counsel. The successful candidate will support several business areas by providing pragmatic legal advice, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and assisting on matters relating to intellectual property, marketing, procurement, insurance, and general commercial operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 PQE (UK or abroad).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Comfortable working under time pressure, handling changing or loosely defined instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts, including:
- Distribution agreements
- IT and intellectual property agreements
- Marketing and sponsorship arrangements
- Supplier agreements
