We have an opportunity for a Real Estate Finance or Corporate Real Estate lawyer to join a leading RE asset management business in Central London, providing support in the underwriting and management of investments across the capital structure in all commercial real estate asset classes; ranging from non-performing loan investments, direct assets and preferred equity interests to corporate restructures and structured finance opportunities.
Providing broad legal support across the investment lifecycle, the role is ideal for someone early in their legal career who wants to move in-house to gain more hands-on exposure to complex real estate transactions, whilst working in a supportive legal team. You’ll help ensure legal risk is managed effectively while supporting the fast, commercial decision-making required in a dynamic investment environment.
The ideal applicant will have experience gained preferably from a leading law firm and be a specialist in complex cross border Corporate RE or REF deals. There is an expectation to be present in the office 4 days/week.
