This Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) position sits within a high-performing PE/M&A group and plays a central role in the team’s Knowledge Management function.
- Updating and enhancing model precedents in line with market best practice and legal tech developments.
- Monitoring legal and market developments, sharing key updates internally, and maintaining current awareness materials.
- Contributing to internal training programmes (including trainee sessions) and assisting with client-facing materials.
Strong experience in Private Equity and/or Private M&A from a leading City, regional or international firm. This role would suit an experienced PSL or a fee earner (private practice or in-house) looking to transition into a Knowledge Management role within a market-leading team.
