A highly regarded UK law firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Associate (2 PQE+) to join its growing London team.

The team advises a broad range of domestic and international clients, including institutional investors, private property companies, family offices, overseas investors, developers, hospitality businesses, and fast-growth technology companies. The practice is particularly active in the London commercial real estate market and is known for handling complex, high-value transactions.

Working closely with experienced partners, you will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

  • Asset management
  • Commercial leasing
  • Development projects
  • Supporting occupiers with their real estate strategies
  • Real estate support on wider corporate transactions, where required

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in commercial real estate
  • Have experience gained within a recognised commercial real estate practice

  • Experience providing real estate support on corporate transactions would be advantageous but is not essential.
