Position: On Board Host at Newcastle Central Station

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Shifts: Rotational (5 out of 7 days), between 5:30am and 9:30pm, including some weekends

• Applicants must be 18 years or older to perform certain responsibilities or work specific shifts.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will:

• Operate delivery equipment for train-side deliveries (full training provided).
• Load and unload catering equipment and stock from TPE trains.
• Assemble orders and manage stock control.
• Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
