- Kitchen Assistant: £13.50 p/h and Night premium: + £1.20 p/h (00:00–06:00)
- Chef de Partie: £15.00 p/h and Night premium: + £1.50 p/h (00:00–06:00)
All pay rates are scheduled for review in April.

Airport checks (must-have)
- 5 years of checkable references and a Criminal Record Check.

- For Chef de Partie role previous experience in leading a kitchen team is necessary.
