Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Responsibilities
- Operating delivery equipment for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
- Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from EMR trains.
- Order assembly and stock control.
- Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
