Roles:
- Team Member: £12.40 p/h (Night premium: +£1.20 p/h (00:00–06:00))
- Duty Manager: £13.30 p/h (Night premium: +£1.50 p/h (00:00–06:00))
All pay rates are scheduled for review in April.
