Overview
On Board Host for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Glasgow.
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour plus commission.
Hours: Part time Permanent (16 hours/week)
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6am and 10pm.
Responsibilities
- TPE trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
- Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales targets independently, and meeting contractual goals.
- Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
- Perform Service Centre duties as directed, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing diverse needs and offering accurate details on services, ticketing, platforms, and potential disruptions.
- You can claim up to 50 rover tickets for TPE network rail for family & friends.
Additional Requirements
No experience required; full training will be provided.
Due to some responsibilities within the Onboard Host role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
