About The Role

MULTI-UNIT DUTY MANAGER – EDINBURGH (Burger King, Brew Dog, The Pasty Shop & AMT Coffee)

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour plus an additional £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 a. m., bringing the total rate to £15.25 per hour for those hours.

Hours of operation are from 5:30 am to 1 am, including night shifts.

The role requires working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.

This is a full‑time (40 hrs) position.

  • Previous experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail is ideal; experience with night shifts is a plus.
