The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour plus a night incentive of £1.50 per hour for hours between midnight and 6 am, bringing the rate to £14.80 per hour. Additional service charge may apply. Hours of operation are 3:00 am to 11:00 pm, with flexible work across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You
Hospitality moves fast — you thrive on action, enjoy leading people, and want to make an impact every day. 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work certain shifts.
About the Supervisor Role
- Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
- Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive.
- Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
- Be results-focused and stay informed about unit performance, championing improvements.
- Previous experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail is ideal; night shift experience is a plus.
