The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 ÂŁ per year.
This role will support the UK Productivity & Deployment Manager in ensuring SSP's workforce management (WFM) tools are used effectively and consistently. The role combines data analysis, system expertise and operational understanding to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, while maintaining compliance and standards.
You will work very closely with Operations, analysing labour demand data, labour spend and scheduling effectiveness to identify opportunities to improve productivity and provide a better speed and quality of service. You will additionally be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SSP's labour models.
What We're Looking For- Experience in workforce planning, scheduling or labour analysis
- Strong understanding of WFM systems (UKG Pro experience desirable)
- Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel)
- Commercial awareness of labour budgets and productivity drivers
- Ability to influence stakeholders through dataâled insight
- Comfortable working in a fastâpaced, multiâsite environment
- Optimising schedules & driving governance
- Configure and manage Workforce Management (WFM) system settings
- Monitor schedule quality and adherence to KPIs
- Identify inefficiencies and coach sites on bestâpractice rostering
- Support system upgrades and enhancements
- Forecasting & modelling
- Analyse sales and transaction data to improve labour demand forecasting
- Translate forecasts into clear, practical labour plans
- Investigate variances and recommend corrective actions
- Support new openings and operational changes with WFM modelling
- Data insight & productivity improvement
- Analyse labour KPIs such as productivity, overtime, absence and contract mix
- Provide clear, actionable insights to Operations
- Support performance improvement plans to enhance speed and quality of service
- Operational support
- Act as firstâline support for WFM queries
- Deliver training and coaching to GMs and Ops Managers
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally to drive continuous improvement
