BAR STAFF - DICKEN'S INN, ST. KATHERINE'S DOCKS, LONDON
Fixed term contract until end of December 2026. 20h a week minimum contract. Successful candidates may be expected to have their hours increased, depending on business needs. Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour. Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge. Shift times between 10am and 12am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About you

- Be passionate and kind while ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.
- A good level of spoken English is needed to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues and to support safe and efficient service.
About the bar staff role
- Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.

- Take orders and prepare drinks behind the bar.
- Run food from the pass to tables efficiently and accurately.
- Work on the floor collecting glasses and keeping sections clean and presentable.
- Support the bar team as a Bar Back by restocking supplies throughout the shift.
- Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware and essential items.
