About The Role
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour plus an incentive of £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing the rate to £15.25 per hour. Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge.
Shift Pattern: Full-time, scheduled between 02:00 and 23:00. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to sell and handle alcohol.
Restaurant Supervisor Role Responsibilities
- Running and overseeing daily shifts.
- Leading and supporting the front of house team during busy trading periods.
- Completing stock counts and placing orders.
- Ensuring compliance standards are completed, including date checks, allergen compliance and Health & Safety records.
- Delivering excellent customer service and confidently handling customer queries.
- Supporting operational standards, cleanliness and organisation throughout the diner.
- Taking ownership of opening, closing and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
