This is an on-site role for a Kitchen Assistant at Bars, Liverpool Airport. You’ll keep the kitchen flowing during busy peaks—prepping, cooking to spec, portioning accurately and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll support the pass, work closely with the bar/FOH team, help with stock rotation/deliveries and uphold a safe, organised workstation.
Hours & Pattern
- Hours of operation: 02:00–23:00
- Working pattern: flexible across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays; no split shifts and we aim for days off together where possible.

Qualifications
- Kitchen experience (hospitality or quick-service) desirable; full training provided
- Able to follow specs, portion sizes and food safety procedures confidently
- Strong teamwork, communication and pace under pressure
- Organised, reliable and detail-focused; takes pride in cleanliness
- Willing to work early/late shifts and peak trading days
Eligibility: UK residency & Right to Work required (no sponsorship); able to complete airport vetting (5-year history + CRC); 18+ for certain shifts/tasks
