Pay and contracts

  • Kitchen Assistant: £12.90 p/h and Night premium: + £1.20 p/h (00:00–06:00)
  • Chef de Partie: £14.00 p/h and Night premium: + £1.50 p/h (00:00–06:00)

All pay rates are scheduled for review in April.
