What You’ll Be Doing
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food, safety, and service every day. You’ll:
- Recruit, train, and inspire your team to deliver consistent high standards
- Coach and motivate colleagues to take pride in food presentation and quality
- Monitor kitchen performance, driving profitability and reducing waste
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards
