The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour + £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing a total of £13.95 per hour.
Hours: Full‑time, 30+ hours per week. Shift starts at 02:00 AM, four days on and four days off, with flexible work across weekdays, weekends, and bank/public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate cooking and presentation to specification.
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized.
- Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience or references and a valid Criminal Record Check required.
- Minimum age 18 to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
