Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Carlisle Station.
Pay Rate: Β£13.20 per hour.
Hours: Full Time (39 hours).
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6am and 9pm, including some weekends.
Applicants must be 18 years or over to perform certain responsibilities or work on specific shifts.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will:
- Operate platform trucks for train-side deliveries (full training provided).
- Load and unload catering equipment and stock from TPE trains.
- Assemble orders and manage stock control.
- Comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations.
