About The Role
Nightshift Retail Duty Manager – M&S Gatwick Airport North Terminal.
Pay: £15.75 per hour (base £14.25 + £1.50 for 00:00–06:00). Full‑time (37.5 hrs per week); night shifts 9:00 pm–8:00 am, any five of seven shifts; may occasionally work daytime shifts. Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, bank, and public holidays.
We work with M&S to serve thousands of customers in airports and train stations across the UK & Ireland.
About You

Retail Duty Manager Role
- Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
