KITCHEN PORTER - SHELBY & CO, BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT

Fixed term contract until end of October 2026!

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour. Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge.

Hours of operation are 3am to 12am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You

About The Kitchen Porter Role

  • Support chefs with basic prep and waste management.
  • Keep kitchen areas clean, including dishes, surfaces, and floors.
  • Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
  • Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not necessary. We will provide full training.
