SSP UK & Ireland at Birmingham Airport, Starbucks, is seeking a Duty Manager on a fixed-term contract until mid January 2027. The role is full-time (35 hours) with a base pay rate of £14.25 per hour, plus £1.50 extra for hours between midnight and 6am, bringing the rate to £15.75 per hour.
Hours are 2am to 11pm, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends and holidays. You will lead a busy team, deliver great service, and act as the go-to person for customer and team queries.
