The predicted salary is between 25600 - 25600 £ per year.

Fixed term contract until end of December 2026. 20h a week minimum contract. Successful candidates may be expected to have their hours increased, depending on business needs. Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour. Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge. Shift times between 10am and 12am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About you

  • Believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.
  • Be passionate and kind while ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.
  • A good level of spoken English is needed to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues and to support safe and efficient service.

About the bar staff role

  • Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.

  • Take orders and prepare drinks behind the bar.
  • Run food from the pass to tables efficiently and accurately.
  • Work on the floor collecting glasses and keeping sections clean and presentable.
  • Support the bar team as a Bar Back by restocking supplies throughout the shift.
  • Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware and essential items.
