We’re now looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our growing team at Newcastle Airport.

This is not just a front‑of‑house leadership position — it’s a key operational and analytical role. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, taking ownership of labour planning, rota control, cost and waste management, and financial performance tracking.

  • Proven experience in hospitality management — ideally in a fast‑paced, multi‑site or airport environment
  • Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills with confidence using data to improve performance
  • Hands‑on leader who thrives in service and leads by example

  • Passion for operational excellence, team development, and delivering results
