About The Role

Full Time – Retail Team Member – M&S, Stansted Airport. £12.90 per hour + an extra £1.20 for hours between midnight and 6am, making total £14.10 per hour. Full-time only (30+ hrs per week). Working flexibly 5 days out of 7 between 5am – 11pm across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You

• You love a fast‑paced environment with friendly faces, and feel‑good moments – retail at its best!
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and are required to handle and sell alcohol.

Retail Team Member Responsibilities

• Display a \’customer first\’ attitude, no matter the task at hand.
• Stock handling, keeping shelves full, clean, and organised.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Previous retail experience is desired.
