Overview
Fixed Term Team Member – Bridge & Castle Bar & Kitchen Edinburgh Airport. Part-time and full-time opportunities. Pay rate: £12.40 per hour plus an incentive of £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing the rate to £13.60 per hour. Shifts include 3:30 am – 12:15 pm, 12:00 pm – 9:30 pm or 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Responsibilities
- Deep clean all kitchen equipment and work surfaces
- Ensure the unit is spotless and ready for the next day
About You / Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar environment preferred
- We are looking for a Team Member with a bold, fun and friendly personality to deliver a memorable experience to all customers, someone who stays busy, achieves results, takes pride in their work and uses their own initiative
- 5 years of references and criminal record check required
- Due to some responsibilities within Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts
