Please note previous kitchen experience is required. Pay Rate: £14.56 per hour. As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6AM, bringing your rate of pay to £16.06 per hour. Shift times are 1am to 12pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Due to some responsibilities within the Chef de Partie role, applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
ABOUT THE CHEF DE PARTIE ROLE: Lead and supervise the kitchen. Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records. Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team. Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish. At least one year’s experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is necessary.
