TEAM MEMBER CENTRAL PRODUCTION – MANCHESTER AIRPORT
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour + extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, totaling £13.60 per hour.
Hours of operation are 3am to 11pm, working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:
- Seeking Team Members for our Central Production Unit with a friendly, energetic personality, capable of baking and preparing products for cafes, bars, and restaurants.
- Must have 5 years of references and pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to role responsibilities and shift requirements.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and storing raw ingredients properly.
- Baking bread and pastries, preparing sandwiches and baguettes in volume.
- Ensuring presentation meets specifications and accurately measuring ingredients and portions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to Health and Food Safety standards.
